Audiology Services
In addition to serving our student population, we offer outpatient audiological services to the wider community.

The Outreach Partnership Program
The Outreach Partnership Program (TOPP) addresses the specific needs of students with hearing aids and cochlear implants who attend public schools. TOPP consultants identify student needs, assist school districts in implementing appropriate interventions, and offer inservices and workshops. Curently, TOPP provides services to nearly 100 students in over 30 school districts.

The Learning Center Parents Association (TLCPA)
The Learning Center Parents Association (TLCPA) is open to all parents of TLC students. Its mission states, "We, as parents of Deaf children, are committed to the enrichment of an environment which advocates the educational, social and cultural development of our children." Members are dedicated to actively providing support and resources necessary for raising happy, healthy and independent Deaf children. They believe that critical learning occurs both in and out of the classroom and that challenging and stimulating environments, which are rich in language and culture, can directly contribute to their children's development and self-confidence. Family-oriented social activities, educational forums, monthly meetings, a regular newsletter, summer programs and joint efforts with staff, establish the Parent Association as an important resource for TLC families and the community.

The Learning Center Alumni Association (TLCAA)
The TLCAA is a young but growing organization composed of TLC graduates and others who attended TLC. The Association meets regularly and is actively involved in all TLC special events.
