The Learning Center for the Deaf strives to attract, develop, motivate and retain the most competent employees possible to aid in providing quality services to deaf children, adolescents, young adults, and the Deaf Community at large.

The Learning Center for the Deaf seeks to employ personnel who meet high standards of educational and occupational qualifications, who can advance within the organization, who have the capacity for growth, and who will benefit the organization.
