Greetings from Director of Student Life:

I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Student Life webpage. With this webpage, we will be able to share with you our most recent news about what's happening in our four programs (After-School, Athletic, Career and Technology Education, and Residential).

The new Student Life Department was created in March 2008 to include CTE as part of the on-going plan for the CEASD accreditation. We also decided to combine 2 positions (Director of Career & Education and Dean of Students) into one position, Director of Student Life. Within this new department, we have adopted the philosophy of SPICE (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Communicative and Emotional). The SPICE philosophy promotes developing all of these areas within each student so that they can be successful adults when they leave TLC. It is a philosophy that integrates well into all of our programs and the goals we set for our students.
