We request that all players be at least 18 years of age by the date of the tournament.
In the case of inclement weather, we will notify our participants via email, and post on social media. Our snow date is January 30, 2027.
Our tournament is designed as a coed scramble. There are no partners required; everyone will play together!
That's OK! We encourage ALL skill levels to register. Pickleball is a fun, social sport. Beginners and enthusiasts are welcome!
Sorry, but animals are not allowed at the tournament, or on TLC campus grounds. Service animals are welcome, but advanced communication with our staff is appreciated.
All registered players are required to bring their own paddles. We recommend bringing one or two extra if you have them! TLC will not have extra paddles for players.
And, of course, bring a SMILE and some ENERGY to have fun!
As this is a fundraiser to support TLC, you may choose to donate your entry fee if you cannot attend. We'll be sad to miss you but grateful for your contribution! There are no refunds or exchanges.
There is ample free parking on campus. We will share a map closer to the event date with designated lots.
