TLC Resources for Parents
TLCPA is a volunteer-led organization that provides support and resources necessary for creating positive learning experiences for all students at The Learning Center for the Deaf. The TLCPA is open to all parents.
TLC's Booster Club, open to all parents, friends, teachers, coaches and administrators, supports the Athletic Program in fundraising, marketing, promotion, and public relations.
TLC’s Badavas Parent Infant Program is a specialty services provider for Massachusetts’ Early Intervention that provides support and American Sign Language learning for both the deaf child and his or her parents/guardians. PIP helps connects families to one another in a supportive environment that celebrates each child.
TLC's Interpreting Services offers interpreting services for TLC employees, students, clients, and consumers. We also offer our services to the general community on a fee-for-service basis.
TLC's Audiology Clinic provides comprehensive audiologic and hearing aid services within TLC and for the broader MetroWest community.
American Sign Language classes
TLC offers American Sign Language classes for parents and other members of the community who are interested in learning more.
Deaf Cultural Center
TLC's Deaf Cultural Center, located on the Framingham campus, provides a wealth of information related to Deaf culture, Deaf history, and American Sign Language. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to visit.
