ASDC Annual Conference at The Learning Center for the A Huge Success!
The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) was proud to host the American Society
for Deaf Children's (ASDC) Annual Conference, June 27-29, 2014. The national conference brought 350
attendees, presenters, volunteers, sponsors, and exhibitors to Framingham for
the three-day event.
The conference, geared towards family members, educators, and service
providers who have or work with deaf and hard-of-hearing children, offered keynote speakers, workshops, round table discussions, a full children's
program, and family activities. The
conference theme of "Family Strong: Together We Stand" reinforced ASDC's
founding principal of creating a network of parents-helping-parents.
