Audiology Clinic Celebrates 50 Years

September 16, 2025

The Audiology Clinic at The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) is proud to celebrate 50 years of providing outstanding hearing health care and diagnostic services to the MetroWest community.

To mark this milestone, the clinic will host an Open House on Saturday, October 4, from 12:00–2:00 PM, and on Thursday, October 9, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Visitors are invited to tour the clinic, meet the staff, and access information and resources on hearing screenings and services. The celebration also coincides with National Audiology Month, which emphasizes early detection, treatment of hearing loss, and the vital role audiologists play in patient care.

Serving more than 6,000 patients across MetroWest, the clinic provides consultations for all ages—from newborn hearing screening follow-ups and early intervention testing for children, to adult hearing evaluations and beyond. Patients are welcomed into a supportive environment with care available in American Sign Language (ASL), English, and Spanish.

The clinic offers complete hearing aid services, including sales, fittings, trial periods, warranties covering repair, loss, and damage, and ongoing support. Most health insurances are accepted, including Medicare, MassHealth, and commercial plans.

As a nonprofit clinic, all proceeds directly benefit the children and families served by The Learning Center for the Deaf. To learn more, or schedule an appointment, call 508-875-4559.
