Goal #1: Strengthening Our People: 

TLC will invest in our people as the foundation of our success by balancing fair compensation, strong benefits, and intentional professional growth opportunities with long-term financial sustainability. We will create accessible, culturally affirming recruitment and retention strategies that build a stable, diverse workforce aligned with our mission and community.

Goal #2: Belonging, Access & Respect: 

TLC will demonstrate our values through inclusive practices, policies, and accountability. We will honor and celebrate all Deaf identities, all cultures and all communication modalities, and lived experiences, support mental health and well-being, and ensure that every member of our community feels valued, welcomed, and supported.

TLC will strengthen financial health and long-term sustainability through disciplined budgeting, transparent financial practices, and strategic investment in people, programs, and infrastructure that advance our mission and ensure long-term stability.

TLC will be recognized as a high-quality, culturally responsive leader in Deaf education and services through professional excellence, evidence-based practice, and meaningful collaboration with families, the Deaf community, community partners, and allied organizations.

TLC will build clear, efficient, and scalable systems, reliable data practices, and strong infrastructure that improve communication, collaboration, and informed decision making to support program quality, enrollment growth, and long-term mission impact.
